Hand-cut dovetail construction and small casters speak to its 19th-century craftsmanship, while its compact proportions make it especially versatile as a side table, bedside table, or occasional table.

Details
- Antique, circa 1870
- Likely English
- Figured walnut with walnut veneer
- Two drawers with hand-cut dovetail construction
- Fall-front storage compartment on reverse
- Two drop leaves with wooden supports
- Turned and reeded legs with casters
- Age-related splitting to the veneered top, along with surface scratches and finish wear; please see photos
- 14 1/2″W x 20 1/2"D x 27 1/4″H, closed
- 28 1/2″W x 20 1/2″D x 27 1/4″H, open

A Note on Collected Pieces
Vintage and antique pieces have lived a life before arriving at Swell House, and signs of age and use are to be expected.
