Shipping & Pickup

We currently ship within the United States and offer local pickup in La Grange, Illinois. Select larger items (furniture, rugs, lamps, etc.) are available for local pickup only.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer flat-rate standard shipping, with complimentary shipping on orders over $150.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that delivery times may vary once a package is in transit.

Due to the nature of vintage and antique pieces, some items may require additional care in packaging and may ship separately.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our store. You will receive an email notification with instructions when your order is ready for pickup.

Additional Information
Once an order has shipped, Swell House is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we are always happy to help where we can and may recommend contacting the carrier directly.
